WordPress 存取 user meta 的方法

在 WordPress 中，尤其是使用到 woocommerce 商店功能時候，最常需要客製化的通常是使用者的各式各樣資訊，例如有使用者的手機號碼、推薦人資訊等，通常這些資訊沒有良好的plugin可以支援，欄位高度客製化，這時可以寫點 php 程式，來支持讓自己的網站更美好，以下分CRUD新增、修改、刪除、讀取來做說明。

新增 user meta 的方法

add_user_meta(int $user_id, string $meta_key,  mixed $meta_value,  bool $unique = false);

刪除 user meta 的方法

delete_user_meta( $user_id, $meta_key, $meta_value );

修改 user meta 的方法

update_user_meta ( $user_id, $meta_key, $meta_value, $prev_value );

讀取 user meta 的方法

get_user_meta( $user_id, $meta_key, $single );

這次業主發現 woocommerce 在結帳的時候，會多出 I would like to receive exclusive emails with discounts and product information 這各選項讓消費者選擇，最後查找原因是多安裝了一個 Plugin 叫做 MailPoet 3 ，是用來收集名單的，要解決的方法可以去 MailPoet 3 中做設定，或是停用 MailPoet 3，也可以 Loco Translate 幫忙她解決英文轉中文的問題

這次解決了一個比較少人碰過的問題，當有人在 Windows Server 上並且使用 IIS Server 裝載 WordPress ，但剛剛裝好的時候，關於外掛或是外觀佈景主題，沒法安裝，會跳出要求你透過FTP安裝外掛。

原因是 web.config 設定的問題，以及權限設定的問題，解決方法如下：

增加 Web.config 設定

/* 直接用檔案下載的方法更新 */
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

修改權限讓 PHP 可以建立目錄和檔案

去到 wordpress\wp-content\plugins 和 wordpress\wp-content\theme 把目錄的權限加入 IUSR ，並且打開修改權限，這樣就可以直接在 wordpress 後台直接用檔案更新了
